Overview

Aeolus Game Development LLC ("we", "us") operates the Wardialer application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Wardialer is a single-player game. We collect minimal technical data to improve the game.

No account required — you do not need to sign up or provide an email address to play
No advertising — there are no ads in Wardialer, and we do not collect data for advertising purposes
Crash reports — if the app crashes, we collect anonymous diagnostic information including your device model, OS version, app version, and which game screen was active. This data contains no personal information and is used solely to fix bugs.
Playtest feedback — if you participate in playtesting via TestFlight, your submitted feedback and crash logs are collected through Apple's TestFlight service and our own playtest system.

Game save data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your save data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Apple iCloud — for optional save data sync, under Apple's privacy policy
Apple TestFlight — for beta testing, under Apple's privacy policy
Supabase — for anonymous crash report storage and playtest data, hosted in the United States

We do not use any advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics services.

Data Sharing

We do not collect data, so there is nothing to share. We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties.

In-App Purchases

Wardialer may offer optional cosmetic DLC through the App Store. These transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Wardialer is rated 12+ for infrequent mild references to hacking and Cold War themes. Because we collect no personal information, there are no special concerns regarding children's data.

Data Retention

All game data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can manage your iCloud data through your device settings.

Security

Your game data is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). iCloud data is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
